You can download it here Terms & Conditions Objective To facilitate the spiritual journey of Shree Vitthal Padukas across the UK by individuals, mandirs, Marathi mandals, trusts, or other organizations/groups in an organized, respectful, and logistically sound manner. About This document is about process to register the interest, taking Shree Vitthal Paduka from SVRTUK representative i.e. SPOC designated by SVRTUK for your county for Paduka Darshan Sohla and giving back to same SPOC, following all standards, guidelines set by SVRTUK. Shree Vitthal Paduka will travel across UK as per Travel Plan provided on SVRTUK website. Each county will have SPOC designated by SVRTUK and all details about will be provided on the website. Shree Vitthal Paduka will stay overnight at Designated Collection Point in the county if any interested party does not take responsibilities for overnight stay. 1. Request s Approval Process All interested parties (individuals, Mandal, charity, trust, local groups, local Mandir) within the county must fill a Google Form (Link to Be Shared) to request Paduka Seva Each request is reviewed and approved by the Upon approval, dedicated Google Drive folder access is given to the requester. 1. Paduka Collections Photo Protocol Padukas can be collected from Designated Collection Point within the county or from the previous group (based on approved event on that day). Photos must be uploaded to the designated Google Drive folder: When padukas are received o During the event (one photo / one video) At time of handover or return 2. Post-Event Responsibility After completing the event: Host must upload some event photos and a short event summary. Google form link to be shared for event Padukas must be returned to the same Designated Collection Point or handed over to the next approved party as per the transit rules below. 3. Paduka Transit Rules within County All details of approved events will be shared on website so that next approved party can collaborate and coordinate for Shree Vitthal Paduka pickup/drop with previous approved party. A. Same-Day Multiple Events If another approved party is hosting Paduka Darshan Sohla on the same day, padukas can be handed directly to the next approved party (NO return to Designated Collection Point). Mutual understanding (for pickup or drop) is required between both approved Photos must be taken and uploaded during handover by each party to the google drive folder. Same day evens MUST NOT happen between same post code. Next-Day Event Scenarios Next Day Pickup – First or Second Half Padukas may stay overnight at the Based on mutual understanding, one of the groups must take overnight responsibility and decide about the pickup C drop. Interested Party should send email to SVRTUK (with CC to SPOC designated by SVRTUK). If neither group agrees, padukas must be returned to same Designated Collection Point the same day before midnight by the party who picked the 4. General Rules Approval is required for every interested party for every Photos are mandatory at every possession change (from Trust, between groups, return). SVRTUK must have visibility and a digital record of all movements and events (picked /dropped dates, overnight stay details, return to Designated Collection Point of that County) All groups must comply with timelines and documentation protocols. In case of overnight stay, responsibility lies with Main contact person of the requesting party to follow all the guidelines and protocols for overnight Address for overnight stay (if different from event location) must be registered with SVRTUK by Main contact point by respective interested parties. In case of any dispute or confusion, the Trust’s decision is final. Once the duration provided for county is over , its responsibility of SPOC of Next county to pick Shree Vitthal Paduka from SPOC of previous county.
